The mainspring of my painting is the gain of knowledge.

I paint out of an inner dilemma:

The impossibility of being able to think the world through to the end.

In other words: I paint what I don´t understand but desire to understand. 

YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT WE PAINTERS DEAL WITH THE IMPOSSIBLE.

It's all about being involved in the process and playing along.

It is important to get into a state that leads from "I want to paint a picture" to true experience.
